Rapid Transformational Therapy

Sabina Tripathi is certified in Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT) and Hypnotherapy and is on a mission to teach and help people change their lives through unlocking the power of their subconscious mind. She is a licensed RTT practitioner based in Thailand.

What is Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT)?

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a promising non-invasive therapeutic option that has the potential to address various medical conditions. Developed by Marisa Peer in England, UK, RTT is a hybrid therapy that combines the best principles of hypnotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) to deliver fast and effective results for a range of psychological, psychiatric, and physical conditions. Unlike traditional therapies, RTT is a solution-focused treatment that offers rapid, effective, and long-lasting change, often achieved within a maximum of three sessions. RTT incorporates the positive aspects of all the above techniques to produce a transformative effect on clients, using trance, regression, and hypnotic conditioning. Marisa’s insights led to the development of a distinctive approach that applies a particular set of techniques repeatedly, regardless of the client’s issue.

About Marisa Peer

Experience the transformative power of world-renowned speaker, therapist, and author, with over three decades of expertise. Using Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), a hybrid therapy combining various techniques, she helps clients access their subconscious mind, break free from unwanted behaviors, and create meaningful change. With the understanding that our thoughts shape our lives, she empowers individuals to redefine the meaning of their experiences and unleash their full potential.

Why choose RTT?

It is widely known that patients often have limited time and seek medical and psychological assistance when experiencing emotional or physical pain. RTT offers a quick solution with rapid results that are typically achieved in one session, and sometimes up to three sessions, which is a key difference from traditional therapy. Moreover, RTT is focused on empowering clients by honoring and valuing the significance they attach to their issues and providing a powerful emotional release. Within the framework of this therapy, various tools are used to address clients’ unfinished business and effectively address the trauma they may have been holding onto for a long time. For example, “Dialogue with the hurter” is a tool that creates a therapeutic space for clients to communicate and collaborate with their therapist to uncover the meaning and interpretation of significant life events, which can lead to powerful shifts and permanent change.

RTT may not be suitable for:

RTT can be used for a range of psychological, psychiatric, and physical conditions, but it is not suitable for individuals diagnosed with schizophrenia, other psychotic disorders, epilepsy, or any condition that may precipitate dissociation. Prior to prescribing RTT, a therapist conducts a discovery call and reviews an intake form that includes preliminary medical, biopsychosocial background information. The therapist evaluates the client’s level of motivation and commitment during the initial assessment and takes on the client when all essential criteria are met. As part of the therapy, clients have the responsibility to listen to their bespoke audio recording for 10-21 days to reinforce the change initiated during the session.

Trained therapists in RTT provide this therapy, and there are currently licensed RTT therapists around the world who practise this technique. If RTT gains more scientific support, it could become a part of holistic medical management for patients looking to address a range of ailments. While there is limited evidence to prove the benefits of RTT beyond its subjective effectiveness, a proposal has been submitted to the NHS Lincolnshire Trust in England to explore how this therapy can benefit the mental health of healthcare workers during the COVID-19 pandemic. RTT may prove to be a cost-effective therapeutic modality, particularly in chronic pain and migraine clinics, as it can be delivered safely multiple times without side effects in both paediatric and adult populations. A prospective randomised study comparing RTT to other therapies may prove useful in demonstrating its long-term efficacy. As a Certified Hypnotherapist and Licensed RTT Practitioner, it brings me great joy and a sense of achievement to announce that I have successfully completed the Training in Rapid Transformational Therapy.
